Who we are.
Christina Chopin, BS
Christina Chopin has a long history in the service of helping others. Hers is a story of overcoming obstacles, persevering through difficult life circumstances, and being on the receiving end of kindness and compassion in the healthcare field. Through her own journey, suffering from a serious car accident and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Christina quickly understood the impact that expertise and connection have when people are struggling with medical and mental health issues. She has seen the impact microcurrent neurofeedback has had on clients - and wonders the impact it could have had in her own recovery.
Christina holds Bachelor’s degrees from the University of California, San Diego in Neuroscience and Music. Her knowledge of the neurological makeup and interworkings of the brain, coupled with her leadership in the mental health and medical industries, makes her a well-rounded mental health provider. As a veteran healthcare professional, she has devoted the last several years of her career to specialization in the behavioral health field, specifically trauma treatment and women’s programs. She has started programs from the ground up - building from both the administrative and direct client care sides. Prior to that, she excelled in multiple roles with Rady Children’s Hospital, fine-tuning her technical expertise in the medical field. Her titles at Rady Children’s Hospital have been in both quality and staff management, system organization and financial management services. She loves roles that utilize both her creative and objective sides - her right and left brain hemispheres - especially the ones that have direct client contact.
In her spare time, Christina enjoys giving back to the recovery community, traveling, spending time with friends and family and playing music around town.
